Because tracks are being done as "a conference within a conference" we suggest you pick one track and stay with it.
  • House Church Basics  - an Introduction to House Church life.  Facilitated by David and Nodya Havice and Felicity and Tony Dale.

  • Luke 10-House Church advanced Track

The LK10 VISON is to see "a vibrant family of Jesus within easy reach of every person in your city or region". Towards that end, the LK10 Track will be a highly interactive conversation about churches that are VIBRANT (full of life, transformational, healthy, etc.) and VIRAL (spontaneously multiplying, reaching every people group, etc.). Come join the conversation!

    Goals for the LK10 Track:

    1. Build ongoing relationships with and learn from others on the journey.
    2. Share what you are learning (positive and negative).
    3. Experience a “community of practice” where everyone is both teacher and learner.
    4. Learn how regional networks are developing.
    5. Hear about The Albuquerque Project and “Churches of Two” (CO2).
    6. Learn practical tools that deeply connect people to God and each other (SASHET, VIRKLER, 10:2B).
    7. Explore how “the spontaneous expansion of the church” can occur in your city or region.

Facilitators for the LK10 Track -  John White, Kent Smith, Ben Cheek, Tod Brown

  • Marketplace Track Facilitated by Robert Ricciardelli

I am excited about this track as I believe the marketplace holds a special place in God's heart, mostly because that is where His creation resides in everyday life. The elephant sized corporate church made a separation from society, while God has always desired His people to bring His presence and influence into every fabric of society. His Kingdom ON EARTH as it is in heaven. We will discuss practicals of doing business God's way, and how we can begin to see transformed lives and communities by bringing His presence into every jurisdiction.

We will talk about how each of us has influence the mountain of society the Lord has called us to, as well as ways that we can all become better stewards of those arenas. We will discuss real solutions to the dualism that religion created. We will also discuss resources that are available that man of us may not be aware of. There will also be panel sessions and Q & A sessions in dialoguing about God in Government, Education, Business, Health Care, Religion, Finance, Environment, Media, Law, Arts/ Entertainment, Agriculture, and Family... If you are involved in any of these categories, I am looking for a few panelists who can share their experience in these areas of their lives. Please contact me at robert.ricciardelli@gmail.com.

  • Frank Viola & Milt Rodriguez will lead a track for all who want to focus more deeply on his passion for Christ Centered Communities:

Frank Viola (author of "From Eternity to Here", "Reimagining Church", and "Pagan Christianity") and Milt Rodriguez (author of "The Butterfly in You" and "The Temple Within") will be discussing the problems and solutions that Christians who gather outside the institutional church commonly face. They will also be fielding questions from those who participate in their 4-track sessions. These tracks will be a time of very practical ministry for the special and unique needs of Christians who meet outside the organized church as well as for those who wish to embark on this uncommon journey.

Such questions as: “what’s the best way to begin meeting?” “how do we get others interested?” “what do we do about money, children, doctrinal disagreements, outreach, and inreach”? “how do we nurture authentic community life in Christ?” “how do we pass through crisis without dissolving?” “what do we do in our meetings and how do we keep from growing stale?” “what are the normal stages we will pass through?” “how can we tap into the creativity of Christ in our gatherings?” “when should we multiply and what are the dangers bound up with this?” and more … will all be addressed using both Scriptural principles and real-life stories that reflect a wealth of experience in meeting under the headship of Jesus outside institutional lines.

  • Neil Cole and Team will lead a Greenhouse – First Story

The Organic Greenhouse is an intensive training that focuses on missional living resulting in new "organic" churches. An initial “download” if you please, of the philosophy and concepts of organic church planting. It is designed to bring back the organic nature of God’s Kingdom and rediscover what a healthy church ought to be like. This training has influenced tens of thousands around the globe to sow seeds, make disciples, and start churches.
Because the training covers the essential beginnings of operating with a missional mindset, it is the First Story. This is not teaching a “model” of house/organic church, but deeper, core principles to frame up the journey of churching a region and joining Jesus in building His Church. The learner will discover:
    • What the church really is
    • What is the DNA that brings life, health and fertility to the church
    • How to discern and prepare good soil for planting churches
    • How to start churches in the harvest that will carry a reproductive DNA
    • Effective ways to plant the Gospel of the Kingdom of God
    • How to release the multiplication of disciples
The sessions in the Greenhouse First Story will be:

Session 1: Foundations for Organic Church Planting
Session 2: Cultivating the Soil of People’s Hearts
Session 3: Sowing the Kingdom Seed
Session 4: Growing the Life of the Kingdom

  • Robert Fitts Sr. will do a track that covers four outreach minististry tools.

    1. Ministry Training School - A six month school meeting once a week to equip the saints to do the works of Jesus.
    2. All About Jesus Retreat - A one day retreat from 7AM to 7PM reading interactively through the entire life of Jesus using the book All About Jesus, a blend of all four gospels, ending with communion and celebration meal.
    3. Healing Prayer Clinic - A weekend training seminar launches the weekly Healing Prayer Clinic which continues to meet weekly to minister healing to the sick in Jesus' name.
    4. Forty Trends Back to Simplicity - Rethinking the nature and fuction of church.

  • John Fenn and others in the Church Without Walls International will focus on practical areas of house church that will include but not be limited to: What to do about children, money, domineering people, leadership, IRS concerns, various potential problems, and other issues. John will walk through the NT showing each house church and host(s), setting the NT in context and providing attendees with the knowledge they need to answer the question, why house church? John will also share what Paul taught about what HC would look like and setting the atmosphere to see the Lord's will done in meetings. All sessions will include Q&A so attendees are encouraged to bring questions about issues they are facing!

Also being shared will be information on a new online community co-op, a cross between craigslist and facebook, as well as our online prayer request and praise report forum. The co-op will mean truly networking with others around the country and world involved in HC.

  • Apex Community Church - Apex leadership will share their ongoing process of decentralizing traditional church ministry into a house church network. Beginning with their desire to more purposefully make disciples of Jesus Christ, they will share their history of transition from traditional to house churches, as well as lessons learned along the way. In more detail, they will discuss a timeline of actions taken by leadership, unexpected ramifications, and course corrections along the way. They will share their successes and struggles in identifying and training initial leadership, growth during the early stages, and efforts made to strive for health in a rapidly growing environment. The education of their earliest efforts allows them to now share their more informed perspective on requirements for a healthy network of churches and leadership development. Lastly, Apex will share where they believe God is leading their network as they move forward, and they hope to engage with attendees in an open and fruitful session of Q&A.

  • Both Austin Stone (Austin TX) and Northland - A Church Distributed (Central Florida) will be running tracks for those who want to learn from the journey that the Lord has them on as they explore the way that mega-churches can cooperative work with developing house church movements.
